Hey, I’m Natalia!

Hi, I’m Natalia, professional third wheel, part-time veil fixer, slightly unhinged (in the best way), and a full-time emotional wreck at ceremonies.

I’m a wedding and elopement photographer based in the South Island of New Zealand. I’m completely obsessed with animals (if there’s a dog at your wedding, please introduce us immediately), easily fizzed by travel, and deeply in love with the natural beauty around us.

At 29, I’ve learned I’ve got a little neuro-spice (wasn’t exactly helpful during the school years), but now? It honestly feels like my secret weapon. My brain is constantly scanning the room for moments, the hand squeeze, the nervous exhale, the way your best friend tears up during speeches. I see it all. And more importantly, I care about it all.

It also means I connect with people quickly. I’ve always found it easy to make people feel comfortable around me, which is kind of essential when there’s a camera involved. I’ll likely be hyping you up one minute and quietly blending into the background the next.

When photographing weddings I’m not just taking photos, I’m documenting love stories. And I’m completely obsessed with it. I don’t just show up to capture how your wedding looked. I’m there for how it felt.

And yes, I will probably cry during your vows. If I’m wearing my glasses… I’m definitely crying.
